Nungubane Lodge is located in Welgevonden, one of South Africas leading private game reserves, in the heart of the Waterberg, some three hours north of Johannesburg. Welgevonden is a big five reserve, and lies in a non-malarial area. Nungubane offers an intimate and special bush experience, for no more than ten guests. There are five luxurious chalets, each with a fine view over the reserve from its own deck. Morning and evening drives to discover Welgevondens rich and varied wildlife, accompanied by experienced rangers, a tranquil pool to relax beside during the day, dinner in the welcoming main lodge or under the stars around the boma fire: Nungubane is the perfect place to experience the beauty and magic of the African bush.
